What is your order processing time?

Every order placed at our online store will be processed immediately on the same day. Subject to stock availability and payment status, it would take 1-2 days for local deliveries in Singapore, 3-5 days for Malaysia and about approximately a week for other overseas locations.

What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay by credit card?

We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal as well as PayNow for Singapore customers. You can make a secure payment through Stripe or PayPal using your credit card. For PayNow, please reach out to us via contact and we will send you a link for invoice and payment via PayNow to our company UEN number,

What is your exchange/refund policy?

All items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable other than returning for one to one replacement owing to manufacturing defects or performance issues under warranty. However under special circumstances on a case by case, we may consider refunds. Therefore, please write to us directly and we will try our best to resolve your concern.

Do you do worldwide shipping?

Yes, we do worldwide shipping with shipping charges applicable for overseas shipments.

How do I use my new Silk'n products?

We have tutorials available at our website here. Our YouTube site also gives step-by-step instructions to help our customers to use our products correctly. We strongly suggest that you take the time to view the respective tutorials for the specific product before first item usage. What is the difference between all your hair removal products?

All Silk’n DIY hair removal products are ideal for the removal of unwanted body hair. In deciding which device is best suited for certain areas, the size of the laser head becomes the important factor as it determines the size of treatment area. Among the hair removal devices at our store, the Silk’n Flash&Go Pro has the largest treatment area followed by the Infinity and Jewel with the same treatment area. Another point to note would be to check out our videos, how to use tutorials and you would notice that Silk’n models do differ in features and performance adopting different technologies depending on when the model was launched. As such the Silk’n Infinity is a more accommodating device for darker skin colours and hair colours than the Flash&Go Pro which cannot be used for deep tan skin colours.

Are results guaranteed?

Although Silk’n is always going the extra mile to prove our results beyond reasonsable doubts, we cannot guarantee absolutely as there are varied factors and circumstances involved and the resutls could vary subjectively. Having said that, Silk’n does have very reliable data from various reliable clinical studies to prove genuinity of results. And again frorm a customer support perspective valuing each and every of our important customer, Silk’n Asia would like to hear from you directly should there be unsatisfactory results which we will be more than willing to undersand and help in order for you to get better results or satisfaciton in our products.

Do I have to buy your accessories (e.g. gels) to be able to use your products?

Yes, some of our products have accessories or consumables that are required to be replaced or topped up. The Silk’n Toothwave is another product of which the brush-head would need to be replaced from time to time. Other consumables would be the special gels for use specifically with our Silk’n FaceTite and Silk’n Tightra. These accessories/consumables are available for sales at our store.

Each product has its different specification. Please read the user manual for recommendations. For hair removal products, the company recommends treatments spaced every two weeks for the first four sessions. If hair has grown back after these first four treatments, monthly treatments can be done until desired results are achieved. When using you feel some heat and a quick snap.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Silk’n products do have an expiry date once they’re open but hair removal products have a very long shelf life. There are a few factors affecting the life cycle of the products involving how long they are kept unopened and the storage conditions. As a guide, the products will last for around three years unopened on the shelf. After which, it does not mean the product is not working but you may have to plug in to let current run through it to charge up the components and the device should be back working fine and good.

Shipping Policy

Although we strive to ship out items purchased on our website within 24 to 48 business hours from time of order confirmation, during the peak season of November & December, there may be shipping delays. Please write to us for urgent requests and we will try our best to accommodate.

Can I use Silk'n everyday?

You only have to treat the area once every two weeks, or once a week for the first eight weeks – it’s not necessary to treat any more than that – after that you can treat as needed.

How does Silk'n hair removal device work?

Silk’n devices emit a pulse of light when placed flush against the treatment area. When hair follicles are in the proper growth phase, they absorb the light energy. The light energy then travels to the root of the follicle. Once it reaches the root, hair growth is disabled effectively removing the particular hair permanently.

Can Silk'n hair removal device be used on the face?

All Silk’n hair removal devices are tested well and proven safe to be used on your face as they can be adjusted to treat smaller areas with a narrower spot size. It takes 6-8 treatments and an easy maintenance program to experience full results.

Warranty Period

The warranty covers claims filed upon purchased at our store or authorised sales channels vary from one to two years as specified by the product from the date of the original purchase of the Device. Claims filed after the specified warranty period from the date of purchase of the Device by you are not covered. Silk’n Asia Pte. Ltd. may require that you prove the date you purchased the Device by providing proof of sales at our store that specifically lists the date of purchase of the Device which we would have in our records. Claims in respect of a replaced device must be filed with Silk’n Asia Pte. Ltd. within the warranty specified year(s) from the date of purchase of the original Device by you.
